I was told there were lockers but they did not lock so I had to lock my purse, jewelry, etc. in the trunk of my car and leave my keys and my cell phone on a chair in another room. I should have just left when they told me there was no place to secure my things. I have NEVER been to a facility of this type and they did not have a place to secure my things. Between my son and I we've had six MRIs in the last 2 years. A couple of them were done with the imaging facilities recommended by the orthopedic. When we did the follow-ups we went to insight radiology and compared side by side the resolution between the two. Even the orthopedic was surprised at how much higher resolution insight radiology had. Since we had to have more than two MRIs within a 6-month period I had to pay out of pocket cash. The cost was $250 which I found to be pretty reasonable. The customer service was great and very quick with extremely low wait times. Just arrived as a new patient, filled out 4 packets of repetitive paperwork ( which took 15 minutes) then they come out and tell me 5 minutes after filling out the books that the tech is running 25 minutes behind… I’m gunna try that on my next appointment, 25 minutes late …. Obviously they are understaffed . Billed my insurance incorrectly and I contacted them to correct it. They said they couldn't resubmit the claim which is total BS. So instead of having my insurance cover my x-rays 100%, I have to now pay a co-pay. The staff is absolutely terrible I was not acknowledged when I entered, only looked at. I had to say hello 3 times before the receptionist gave me a phony smile. They acted as if I had the plaque. I noticed they do not clean the equipment after use The radiologist did not tell me what to expect or where I could get my test results. They made me feel as is I was interrupting their day. I visited the Edgewood location due to convenience. Terrible customer service and product delivery. Receptionist called me in early for my 750p appointment because they had an opening. I showed up at 620p and was NOT seen until after my originally scheduled appointment time (1.5 hours later). After the images were taken, I asked the tech how long it would take for the doctor to receive the results. She said 2-3 business days. It took 7 days. Terrible customer service from this location. Currently delaying my medical care. I was told yesterday by the front desk that she would send over a message to the ors “reading team” to have my MRI read immediately due to my upcoming appointment and that it would be available by the end of the day Friday. I called back at the end of the day and it was not ready and that I should call back in the morning. I just called this morning all to find out no message was ever sent to anyone and that my report is still not ready. My appointment is now going to have to be canceled if I don’t have my report by Monday causing me to wait another week for medical care. Staff were helpful and friendly. But the read on my MRIs were subpar. They missed my old issues and stated that my spine was normal in the areas of concern, despite the fact I've had multiple scans stating that I have arthritis or micro-bulging discs. This set back my ongoing treatment and probably would have to get for another scan somewhere else.
